Team Building Ceramic Making – Handbuilding Techniques

Creating something from scratch with your hands is not only rewarding, it’s the perfect way to connect as a team. This session invites participants to slow down, explore their creativity, and enjoy the process of shaping clay into something meaningful.
The price is for 12 participants, for smaller groups the price will be 95 per participant.
Description
Together, we’ll explore the fundamentals of ceramic handbuilding. Each participant will learn how to build forms using coils, shape expressive structures, and decorate their piece with ceramic paints, all in a relaxed, meditative setting that encourages creativity and personal expression. No two pieces will be the same.

The Art of Coiling: Learn how to build with coils and control the structure
Building Forms: Stack, shape, and refine your design
Surface Refinement: Add texture, patterns, or smooth finishes
Decoration: Paint and personalize your piece using ceramic colors
What’s Included
1 kg of clay per participant
Use of all handbuilding tools and materials
Access to a wide selection of ceramic paints, brushes, and decorating tools
Unlimited hot drinks from our in-house coffee and tea bar
Full setup and guidance provided by the Zolta Studio team
We offer dedicated parking spots for Zolta Studio visitors, available free of charge during your session.
Good to Know
All pieces will be dried, bisque-fired at 960°C, glazed by our team with a transparent stoneware glaze, and glaze-fired at 1220°C to ensure a food-safe, waterproof, and durable finish.
Final pieces will be ready for pickup within 2 to 4 weeks after the session.
No prior experience needed, just bring your team, and we’ll handle the rest.

To make your team-building experience at Zolta even more special, we offer catering through our local partner, featuring a selection of fresh, seasonal dishes with vegan and vegetarian options.
Catering can be added to your event upon request and is available at a special rate for our guests.
