Friday's Open Studio

Zolta Studio offers on Fridays a fully equipped ceramic workspace with 6 pottery wheels, large working tables, and natural light, providing the ideal environment to develop your skills, experiment freely, and bring your ideas to life.

You can choose between, one-time Session:

  • Wheel Throwing €15 / 1.5 H
  • Hand-building/ Glazing €13 / 1.5 H

Work independently during Open Studio hours: 14:00 – 20:00, ONLY ON FRIDAYS!

What’s Included

Independent use of studio space during Fridays Open Studio hours

Use of transparent studio glaze

Access to kiln firing at reduced member rates: €6.50/kg per firing (vs €12.50/kg for non-members)

Clay and glaze can be purchased in the studio shop

 

Good to Know

Open Studio is for adults (16+). Under 16? Contact us to discuss available options.

All participants must clean their workspace and tools after use. 

Finished pieces must be collected within 4 weeks of completion. Unclaimed work may be discarded.

• We occasionally take photos/videos for social media. Prefer not to be included? Just let us know.

 

Experience and Support
Open Studio sessions are intended for independent work. If you’re a beginner or unsure about working on your own, we recommend starting with an introductory workshop. A studio assistant may be present for basic questions, but hands-on instruction is not provided during Open Studio hours.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All bookings must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance refundable, less than 24 hours non-refundable.

 

Safety Disclaimer

By using Zolta Studio’s facilities, you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety. The studio contains sharp tools (such as knives, needles, and wires), heat guns, and other equipment that may cause injury if not used properly.

Zolta Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from unsafe or incorrect use of tools or equipment.

The following items are off-limits unless authorized by staff:

  • Kiln
  • Pug mill
  • Other industrial or restricted tools

Use all equipment with care. If you’re unsure, ask.
