In this fun and creative one-day workshop, young artists will paint ready made ceramics in a guided session!
Description
In this creative workshop, children will be guided in painting ready-made ceramic pieces using vibrant underglaze colors. Each participant selects a ceramic item of their choice, from a wide selection of pieces valued up to €30, including mugs, bowls, or charming animal figures, and transforms it into a unique, personal work of art.
What We’ll Cover
Introduction to ceramic colors and painting tools
Choosing a ceramic piece to decorate
Learning fun brush techniques and simple patterns
Adding personal touches and playful details
This workshop is limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure an intimate and focused experience. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the session to take place. If fewer than 4 bookings are received, the workshop will be canceled and your booking will be automatically rolled over to the next available date.
Good to Know
Age group: 6–9 years
Experience: No prior experience required
Group size: Maximum 8 participants
What to wear: Clothing that can get messy (aprons provided) and closed-toe shoes
Included: All tools and materials
Parental consent is required at booking, and parents are welcome to stay during the session.
Outcome: Our expert team will coat the finished pieces with a transparent earthenware glaze and fire them at 1080 °C for a food-safe, waterproof, and durable finish.
Your child’s finished piece will be ready for pickup approximately 2–4 weeks after the workshop, allowing time for drying and firings.
